Russia assumes UN Security Council presidency despite Ukrainian anger

Ukraine’s presidential adviser, Mykhaylo Podolyak, mentioned the transfer was “one other rape of worldwide regulation… an entity that wages an aggressive conflict, violates the norms of humanitarian and prison regulation, destroys the UN Constitution, neglects nuclear security, cannot head the world’s key safety physique”.
